Mr. Asheesh Anand: Asheesh is a results-oriented, energetic, and highly credible leader who has built his business management and industry skills from the ground up to become a respected entrepreneur in the Global Shipping & Trading market. He has championed a collaborative leadership style throughout his career, which has helped him to create top-line growth through company development, revenue management, and brand building efforts. His business initiatives have allowed him to dig further into the field of comprehensive logistics solutions for clients with complicated and high-volume logistical requirements. Furthermore, Asheesh brings pioneering experience in applying extremely effective business management philosophies, developing strategic sales and marketing plans, forming partnerships with international vendors, and acquiring funding from high-profile investors to significantly increase the company’s visibility and capabilities. Starting as a trainee navigating office, his career has been one of incredible ascent to Master Mariner before launching his first endeavor – Transocean Shipping, a ship-owning & management firm that has grown significantly over the years spanning Singapore, India, Nigeria, UAE, and Greece. Later in his career, he rose to the leadership of the company he co-founded in the Shipping & Physical Commodities Trading Industry, which he now leads. Both enterprises have developed significantly under his leadership, as his committed commitment to growth has consistently led him to establish ambitious goals, accomplish business growth in terms of profit and turnover, business reach, external finance, and income producing sources.

Maneesh is a global business entrepreneur and growing leader with over 14 years of international trading and shipping expertise, managing Torq Commodities with a keen eye on the bottom line. He has spent the previous three years leading and directing the Commodity Trading business for Energy and Agricultural commodities, as well as holding financial leadership positions. Through intensive marketing and significant commercial partnerships, he has made contacts all around the world. He also ensures that the company’s strategy is backed up by effective capital management, allowing it to fulfil its goals and objectives. He certifies that the company’s capital is being spent efficiently daily. This is performed by directing a team responsible for maintaining the company’s financial condition as accurately as possible, allowing it to set performance criteria that result in effective processes and efficient resource allocation.

Tom is the CEO and co-founder of the Trade Flow Funds and FinTech business. He has over 30 years of commercial expertise in the Commodity & Energy industry and is the business and system architect for this unique and innovative Digitized Trade Finance solution for bulk physical commodity transactions.
He is widely recognized as a leading practitioner in the global natural resources market with commercial exposure gained through broad ranging senior regulated roles in financial institutions (including Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ, Credit Agricole and Credit Lyonnais) and various trading firms including BHP Billiton. These roles have enabled him to gain a holistic industry perspective, covering a full range of functional areas including trade finance, project finance, investment banking, supply chain/operations, derivatives, physical markets, and fund management. During his career he has operated in many countries in Africa, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
He has authored over nine books in the energy & commodity trading and risk management field and served as Chair Professor and Adjunct Professor at various universities around the world and is a former member of the United Nations FAO Commodity Risk Management Advisory Group, and a former Senior Energy Advisor to the United States Department of Defense (TFBSO).

John Collis is a co-founder of the Trade Flow Funds and FinTech solution and holds the position of Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Head of Compliance. As well overseeing the development of the Fund’s critical legal infrastructure and working with leading Counsel on its enforceability, John has overseen the classification of the specialist intellectual property developed and acquired by Trade Flow and its licensing; and has worked with insurance underwriters and external lawyers on the legal aspects of the Fund’s risk matrix and specifically with reference to bulk commodity transactions and their exposure to multiple jurisdictions. John is a commercial lawyer with expertise in regulatory, compliance, structuring, and transactional matters. John operated his own law firm from 2003, specializing in international commercial work. John has written and lectured about the rule of law, Eurasia Economic Union, CSTO, and International Commercial Enforcement. Before becoming a lawyer, John worked for Ernst & Young, he was educated at Oxford University and is chairman of Hertford College RFC.

Senior finance professional with strong institutional asset management experience at the near end and a well-known global food and agricultural investment expert. Overall, nearly three decades of international experience in corporate strategy and development, portfolio management, M&A, and stakeholder management in conglomerate and diversified businesses. Shankar has held senior management level positions in organizations like Insight Investments (Bank of New York Mellon), OLAM International, Nicholas Piramal India Ltd etc. Strong track record of value creation through aligning growth and investment strategy, strong proprietary networks (in excess of 100 relationships) and delivering acquisitive growth.
